Lettings & Management
Having been awarded “Highly Rated” status in the 2018 Best Estate Agents guide our lettings team offer a very special level of service.
Our Lettings and Management division offers a two-tiered service, delivered personally under the direct management of Zoe Lawton-Barrett specifically avoiding the general production-line approach of the mass market. Our ethos is that we look after each and every property as if it were our own – an attitude we find popular with both our landlords and tenants alike.
Our Tenant-Find service takes care of all the marketing, viewings, referencing and the ancillary matters, culminating in the commencement of the tenancy. Landlords can then opt for our Full Management option which looks after the ongoing tenancy with a comprehensive level of service, taking the strain out of property letting.
Our existing clients range from one-off private landlords to professional investors with large portfolios, all of whom prefer our relationship-led style.
In addition to marketing and management we are pleased to advise on all aspect of Lettings compliance, which is, of course, included with either lettings package. Our clients also enjoy peace of mind knowing that we are part of the Propertymark client money protection scheme.
