About Us

Canterbury is Charlie’s home town, he was born and grew up in the City and attended St. Edmund’s School. Charlie’s career in Estate Agency started in the early 1990s and in 2000 he joined a highly respected regional firm where he was Partner for many years. Whilst directly overseeing the running of the company Charlie uses his wealth of experience from dealing with a wide variety of property types across all market sectors to offer expert advice on all aspects of property sales and lettings including valuation, marketing, method of sale and acquisitions.

Zoe works a multi-disciplined role across both our Sales and Lettings department and oversees the everyday running of the office ensuring the client experience is exemplary across all divisions of the Company. With many years' experience in selling and letting properties in the City and the surrounding villages, Zoë enjoys looking after a wide mix of private, corporate and investment clients who often comment on the skill and care with which Zoë and her team operate.

Andrea is a highly experienced Estate Agent whose career started in 2004. She handles the administration preparing clients properties for sale, designing the property brochures and implementing the individual marketing schedules. She liaises with clients, purchasers, landlords and tenants ensuring all their dealings with the firm run smoothly. Andrea and her partner have refurbished a number of impressive property projects and enjoys walks with Oscar the Labrador and their new puppy Bodhi.

After attending St Edmunds school Canterbury Max went on to study Law at the University of Manchester. On returning to Canterbury Max gained experience in accountancy where he developed an interest in property and client relationships. Max ably looks after our landlord clients ensuring the smooth running of their tenancies and takes a pride in looking after properties “as if they were his own”. Max has a passion for cooking and is a classically trained chef.

Having left St. Edmunds school Izzy has developed an interest in property and decided to pursue a career in Estate Agency. Izzy looks after the day-to-day requirements of many of our clients, arranging and conducting viewings while also coordinating marketing and coverage. Izzy enjoys tennis and sea swimming.

The core team is ably assisted by part-time additional staff who are a great asset to the firm. Be it working in the office, escorting viewings or assisting with property management they share the qualities and ethos of the firm whilst bringing a wealth of local knowledge, expertise and experience.

Kiah ably looks after the progression of sales with the diplomacy, tact and warmth needed in what can be an otherwise stressful time. Her role is all about sharing knowledge, good time management and strong teamwork. She previously worked as a paralegal at a firm of solicitors but is now set in a career in property. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends.
